text-align: justify;"><span lang="ES" style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif";">Desde hace varios años, la Ilustre Municipalidad de Independencia ha venido elaborando, desarrollando e implementando estrategias y planes comunales que han permitido establecer estándares, normativas y políticas a nivel comunal, para el mejoramiento de los procesos y la calidad de su Sistema Educativo. Es en este contexto de invertir para el mejoramiento que se ha llamado a concurso para Licitar la propuesta llamada Mejorando la Participación de Padres y Apoderados. </span></div><div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;"><span lang="ES" style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif";">El nombre de la propuesta refleja una realidad que ha quedado claramente develada en el trabajo realizado por Proyecto Da-Vinci durante el año 2009 con la iniciativa “Desarrollando Competencias para el trabajo en los Concejos Escolares”. En los diagnósticos realizados por cada establecimiento educativo y a nivel comunal, queda reflejada esta baja participación y la preocupación por parte de los distintos estamentos a raíz de ello. De la misma manera, el diagnóstico reflejó una baja participación de los apoderados en instancias como el Centro General de Padres y apoderados. Al mismo tiempo, la información obtenida el año 2009 revela que no existe una relación fluida, permanente y de trabajo en equipo entre los C.E.P.A y los microcentros de padres y apoderados de cada curso. Esto es muy importante de resaltar debido a que los Centros Generales de Padres y Apoderados son muy importante en la generación de cohesión, el trabajo en equipo y la lucha por obtener mejoramientos constantes en los centros educativos de la comuna. </span></div><div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;"><span lang="ES" style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif";">En definitiva, los padres y apoderados han demostrado tener muy poca formación en cuanto a su función y al rol que ellos juegan en los procesos de enseñanza y aprendizajes de sus hijos e hijas. De la misma manera, que han demostrado tener poca formación respecto a la gestión escolar y su participación en ella.</span></div><div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;"><span lang="ES" style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif";">El propósito es esta propuesta está centrado entonces en el trabajo con los Padres y Apoderados, instalando competencias y procesos que les permitan tomar conciencia del rol y la importancia que tiene su participación en los procesos de enseñanza-aprendizaje.
